Main responsibilities:
- Providing customer support and expertise on functional blocks of company products;
- Bug registering and taking necessary measures to eliminate them (work in a team with developers and testers);
- Licensing;
- Leading technical support of projects during its lifecycle
Requirements:
- Technical help desk experience is preferable Strong technical background (Java programming, Unix, shells, Windows, networking);
- Telecom knowledge a plus;
- Good English (oral and written);
- Higher technical education (preferably in Software Development of related disciplines);
- Ability to work under stress;
- Strong learning skills.
