Main responsibilities:

  • Providing customer support and expertise on functional blocks of company products;
  • Bug registering and taking necessary measures to eliminate them (work in a team with developers and testers);
  • Licensing;
  • Leading technical support of projects during its lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Technical help desk experience is preferable Strong technical background (Java programming, Unix, shells, Windows, networking);
  • Telecom knowledge a plus;
  • Good English (oral and written);
  • Higher technical education (preferably in Software Development of related disciplines);
  • Ability to work under stress;
  • Strong learning skills.
